Rental Process

1. Speak with your parent/guardian/co-signer about your desire to move off campus.

2. Identify solid housemates who have done the same.

3. Be prepared to have deposit money in your bank account. Or the ability to get a money order, equal to one months rent.

4. Determine what is most important to your group. I.E. Proximity to campus, safe areas, parking, washer/dryer?

5. Review our website and determine which unit/s you would like to view.

6. Complete "viewing request form" to view your favorite unit/s in person. Ideally, with all housemates present.

7. Decide on a favorite unit or two. Fill out applications as quickly as possible to reduce your chance of losing the unit. (one application each is needed).

8. Get accepted.

9. Send co-sign to parent/guardian.

10. Make sure that all co-sign forms are emailed or faxed in to Diemer before lease signing.

11. Make appointment to read, review, and sign the lease and give deposit. All housemates should be present.
