If you have a central mailbox at your building, you will need to go to the carrier mail station @ 320 Pine St.1-877-275-8777.They will require ID & then give you a new key.
Please mail rent in the form of one payment, (single check, money order, or cashiers check) to be received no later than the 1st of each month: Written to: One of the following: Diemer Holdings, LLC, Diemer Apartments LLC, Diemer Properties LLC, or Diemer Enterprises, LLC. If you are unsure please email me back and I will tell you. For example, All of Hill Gardens is Diemer Holdings, LLC all Hickok Place is Diemer Apartments, LLC.
