_Toilet ~Overflowing? Reach behind toilet for water shut offs. Turn clockwise till tight.

Water ~ Leaking? Look for shut off valves usually under sink.

~Discolored? Usually the City water department is flushing the system. Ok to drink but best     to wait it has till cleared. Do not wash white clothes during  this period of time.

~Off? Call the Water Dept. (802-863-4501) It may be a main line break that they are repairing.

Electrical ~ Several Outlets do not work at once?

You most likely tripped the circuit / fuse due to overloading ( using too many lights, appliances at once). Unplug the items being used, go to you circuit breaker box and find the one that has tripped. Flip that one back, hard, till the power comes back on.
